Professionalism and Experience

As a 40-year soccer professional, Coach Melvin has deepened his soccer expertise, and his clinics cover beginner to advanced soccer conditioning.

Early Years

Coach  Melvin began his soccer career at the age of 6 with Hickory Hill  Dragons and at the age 12 as a champion with The YMCA Dynamos in  Marietta, GA.

High School/ College

Coach Melvin's college signing day: attending Tennessee Wesleyan College on a full soccer scholarship.

Semi / Pro Career

National Pro Soccer League, he retired at age 38. Coach Melvin went on to play in the Cobb Adult Soccer League until age 58.

Coaching

Coach  Melvin has been coaching multiple sports such as soccer, track,  football, and basketball with several local recreational teams and high-level training youth in soccer. 

Programs include The City of Marietta and SSA.
